Weekly & Monthly Lunch Subscription
Welcome to our lunch subscription service. By using our service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Overview
Our service provides weekly and monthly lunch subscriptions. Each subscription delivers a set of meals according to the chosen package:
Weekly Subscription:
3 available packages: Light Pack, Max Pack, Max+ Pack
Meals for the week are selected by our chef.
Payment is charged weekly on the subscription start date.
Monthly Subscription:
2 available packages: Max Pack Monthly, Max+ Pack Monthly
Meals for the month are selected by our chef.
Payment is charged monthly on the subscription start date.
2. Menu & Food Preferences
The menu can be viewed here: [insert menu link].
Subscribers do not choose individual meals – our chef selects the meals from the available menu.
You can specify food preferences (e.g., no fish, vegetarian, not spicy, no pork).
3. Payment
All payments are processed automatically via Stripe.
Weekly subscriptions are charged every 7 days from the start date.
Monthly subscriptions are charged every 30 days from the start date.
Subscriptions remain active only if the payment is successfully processed.
4. Delivery
Meals are delivered according to the chosen schedule:
Weekly: meals for the upcoming week
Monthly: meals for the upcoming month
Delivery schedule is provided at the time of subscription.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address or absence of the subscriber.
5. Subscription Changes & Cancellation
You may change your package or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or support.
Changes to weekly subscriptions must be made at least 48 hours before the next charge.
Changes to monthly subscriptions must be made at least 5 days before the next charge.
Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable, except as required by law.
6. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once processed.
If there are issues with meals (e.g., missing or incorrect meals), contact support within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your subscription.
We make every effort to deliver quality meals and service, but we cannot guarantee a perfect outcome for every order.
